For more than 20 years, I have dedicated my professional life to the development of innovative and responsive programs in support of inclusive, relevant education and community development, with a focus on recognizing prior learning (RPL), career pathing, and healing intergenerational trauma. For the past decade I have worked primarily with Indigenous peoples and communities in Canada and Latin America. With extensive experience working in diverse cultures, at local and international levels, I possess strong intercultural competence and communication skills.
